Week Long Food Diary.

So I decided to make a food diary just for laughs and giggles so that people can see what my eating habits are like. I always have people asking me about my diet so here it goes.. Starting with last Friday.


Friday: Lunch: Salmon roll (5 pieces),  Gyoza (4 pieces), Chicken Teriyaki Pieces not many of them   with a little bit of white rice, Salad with The orange dressing that they give you at kabutos.

dinner: 3 slices of pizza from sergios. it had chicken on it as well as onions, JalepeƱos, and sundried tomatoes.

Saturday: Breakfast: nothing.
                Lunch: Left over Jap. Chicken Teryaki with white Rice and a pepsi.
                Dinner: Mcdonald's 6 piece nuggets with a medium size fries and sweet tea.

Physical activity: walked one mile round trip from my store to commonwealth parkway shopping center. Because I am a loser who can not legally drive my own car yet. :p

Sunday: Lunch: One Hot Dog (nathans) from the movie theatre ( i typically do not eat pork fyi)
              Dinner: Rollo Mcflurry From Mc'Ds.
              Midnight Snack: Ham and Cheese Sandwich on wheat bread ( I never eat white bread HATE
              it)

Physical activity: walked one mile round trip from my store to commonwealth parkway shopping center. Because I am a loser who can not legally drive my own car yet. :p

Monday: Breakfast: PB&J sandwich with banana slices on wheat bread.
                Lunch: ham and cheese sandwich.
                Dinner: Pb&J Sandwich

Tuesday: Lunch: two pb&j sandwiches with bananas.
               Dinner: Three chicken strips with two handfuls of fries from Sergios (the kids meal)


Wednesday: Lunch: pb&j had it for dinner too.

Physical activity: walked one mile round trip from my store to commonwealth parkway shopping center. Because I am a loser who can not legally drive my own car yet. :p


Thursday: Breakfast: PB&J Sandwich with banana slices.
                 Lunch: Chicken panini with pasta salad from Sergios.

Physical Activity: I rode my bike for 30 minutes.
         
Friday: Breakfast: pb&j sandwich with bananas slices
            Lunch: Chicken Strip Kids Meal from sergios.
       
Saturday: breakfast: OMG GUESS WHAT! PB AND J WITH BANANAS! AGAIN!
                lunch: same as yesterday but this time I got a cheesecake. Have not sunk my teeth into the    
                cake yet. It is a plain one.


There you have it. That is what I ate this week. oh and I ALWAYS drink water unless otherwise stated.
